Terms of publication Trains on JR East lines that are delayed by approximately 5 minutes or more
Publication time The delay times for each time slot will be posted after confirmation at around 7:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 4:00 PM, 9:00 PM on the same day, and around 2:00 AM the following day.

It's a local train on a conventional line.

※Express trains, special trains, charter trains for groups, freight trains, and trains out of service are excluded.
